The Vermont Holiday Festival will return to the Killington Grand Hotel December 2nd & 3rd!
The Killington Pico Area Association would like to cordially invite you to join us as we kick off the start of the winter holiday season with our ‘World Famous’ Vermont Holiday Festival, Friday, December 2nd and Saturday December 3rd.
We will again be featuring our indoor Christmas Festival of Trees, purchased and decorated by local businesses and individuals. As they will be vying for decorating awards, you can only imagine what you might see until you actually see them in all their glory! And you may actually take one of these gorgeous trees home with you when you purchase raffle tickets and win your favorite tree!
With Christmas just around the corner, our Vendor Village, a variety of unique, unusual, and creative gift items, will make your shopping experience relaxed and stress free. So many quality items to choose from…and no long lines to wait in before you can check out. Doesn’t get any better than that!
Friday night is school concert night, and your children will be singing holiday songs! Some band students will be playing their instruments as well. FRIDAY NIGHT IS A FREE EVENT. The event opens at 4PM and the concert will start at 4:30. After the concert wander through the Christmas Tree Forest and vendor village. Your children can stay busy at the station to write letters to Santa and participate in holiday crafts. Pizza will be for sale by the slice. During this time, you will be entertained by the fantastic Chad Hollister who will be playing from 6:30-8PM.
Saturday, we introduce a new event this year – Breakfast with Santa. This will replace the beloved Santa’s Workshop that many of you may remember from past years, however this event will have all the wonderful pieces of Santa’s workshop, with a hot breakfast buffet added as well. After breakfast children will visit with Santa, decorate cookies sponsored by Dream Maker Bakers, make foam gingerbread houses, decorate picture frames and make their own Chihuly style ornaments to take home! Face painting by the Sherburne Memorial Library youth group will also be provided!
The ticket price also includes admission to the Festival of Trees.
